"My life closed twice before its close;
It yet remains to see
If Immortality unveil
A third event to me,
So huge, so hopeless to conceive
As these that twice befell.
Parting is all we know of heaven,
And all we need of hell."

There is an intricate beauty and complexity to a carefully crafted poem. They are capable of expressing emotions much more precisely than prose with far fewer words. The masters of the art make it appear effortless, but poetry is a skill few truly possess and should, therefore, be that much greater appreciated when enjoyed.]
